Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name or location entered into an embedded search tool is transmitted to the independent provider operating that tool. This site does not store or log those query terms on its own systems. The provider's policy governs its processing.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the information needed to respond. We do not distribute those messages outside our organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Technical Data Collected During a Visit

These rights concern data controlled by this site. Requests involving sheriff, court, VINE, IDOC, or partner records must go to that record holder.
